The Zhangjiajie National Forest Park ticket is valid for 4 days, calculated from the first entry time, allowing unlimited entries and exits.
The ticket includes the scenic area shuttle bus fee but does not include transportation costs such as cable cars, elevators, or small trains.

- By Air: Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport, about 5km from the city center.
- By High-Speed Rail: Zhangjiajie West Station, the main railway hub.
